Senior Night Details

ARRIVAL AT 6:00!!

*This applies only to Football Players, Film Crew, Athletic Trainers, 

Cheerleaders, and their Immediate Families.

Logistics

Family participants must purchase their tickets online prior to the game. You must have a

ticket to enter the field. * Everyone MUST have a ticket ready before you check in at 6:00 pm.  Clear Bag Policy - no open containers may be brought inside.

 

Family Members

Only immediate family members (parents and siblings) are allowed to walk with their senior.

No extended family members.

 

Meeting Time and Location

Family members will need to gather in the RRHS 700 Building and check in. All participants

need to be confirmed prior to walking on the field. Please arrive at 6:00pm.

 

Photos

Henry Huey will be on site to take pictures for the evening. Pictures will be available a few

days after the event and will be provided to the Senior Parent Representative for distribution.

 

TIMELINE:

6:00pm- Parents meet inside the 700 Building to be checked in. Families line up by group. Announcer will quickly confirm each senior family member in line.The line up will be Football Player Families in jersey number order, Film Crew in alpha order,Trainers in alpha order, cheer in alpha order.

 

6:20pm- Parents will be led to scan tickets and enter the stadium, Staying in order as they line up for the Dragon Tunnel (Seniors will join families in line once you are in the stadium and the coach releases them.)

 

6:45pm- First Football Player will be announced. The order is Football by number, Film Crew, Trainers alpha by last name, and Cheerleaders alpha by last name! We must be off the field by 7:15!!!
